'Remember our History - Celebrate our Diversity'

Guest Speaker: Alex Pascall, OBE (Oral Historian, Broadcaster & Cultural Strategist)

Alex produced and presented 'Black Londoner' - Britain 's first magazine daily Black radio programmes on the BBC, co-founded the 'Voice' newspaper and chaired the Notting Hill Carnival for four years.

The meeting marked the 50th Anniversary of the 1958 Notting Hill race riots.

Muslim Women's Voices project

REP KC and The Dalgarno Neighbourhood Trust are jointly running a consultation with groups of Muslim women on their experiences around community cohesion and exclusion issues. We are keen to hear from Muslim women of all ethnic backgrounds and from across the borough.
