New national carers' strategy, Carers at the heart of 21st century families and communities. The strategy launches the government's 10 year vision to improve support for carers, in recognition of the difficult challenges that their role presents.

K&C PCT End of Life Care Strategy (2008-10) Consultation
For BME residents to share their valuable experiences, views and vision for improving end of life care and experience for people in RBKC;
-and to actively participate in developing our priorities and what the next steps will be;
£20.00 for contributions; lunch included

Consultation, advice and information, monitoring and evaluation of PCT human resources, public involvement, clinical priorities, access and communication, policies and procedure.
Support the race & diversity work of the PCT and the BME Health Forum through partnership working, training and project development.
Promote and aid monitoring incidents of racial harassment of patients and staff in the NHS.
Current Projects:
REP KC has received funding from the BME Health Forum to provide administrative support and project co-ordination for its Access to GPs project. The project aims to involve all stakeholders in the K&C and Westminster boroughs - BME patients, GPs, Practice Managers and, Chairs of Practice-Based Commissioning (PbC) clusters and the Professional Executive Committees. (July 2007 - present)
